Your Cancellation Rights

If you wish to cancel this contract, you MUST DO SO IN WRITING and send it (which may be by electronic mail) it to Phoenix Wills & Probate. You may use any of these options if you want to, but you do not have to.

You can cancel your work with us in the following ways:

OPTION 1 - By completing this form:

Please tick the box above to confirm that you agree to cancel our terms of agreement.

A copy of your cancellation confirmation will be sent to you by email.

 

OPTION 2 – by contacting us:

Contact us by email to paul@phoenixwillsandprobate.co.uk or phone 01623 325035 and we will send you by your preferred route a cancellation form for you to complete.

You can also request a cancellation form, or simply write to us confirming you wish to cancel, by writing to us at:
